Whether you are at the Pee Wee, High School, College or Professional Level, we can train you to understand the game and have an edge over your opponent. If this is your first time playing football, we can "coach you up" and teach you the fundamentals and techniques for the following positions.
SYT Training uses a three-week program. For three weeks, our trainers will meet with you at your gym and provide you with a workout plan. We will train and assist you with navigating through the gym and equipment for your detailed workout. At the end of each workout session, the trainer will go over the workout to see if adjustments to the program are needed or to alter a specific workout if needed. At the end of the week you will receive a Results Chart by email, with each workout listed along with your results. This is an easy way to track your progress through each workout and overall results at the end of the three-week program.
You can always sign up for additional personal training sessions after the initial three-week program has been completed.
If you are a beginner or a professional athlete, we can assist you in meeting your goals. For most beginners, the local gym can be intimidating, from navigating through the facility (gym) to the large number of people working out, to not knowing how to use or operate the equipment safely and correctly.
SYT Training can assist you with setting up a personal workout plan to meet your goals and training you how to safely and effectively use workout equipment to maximize results.
Our fees are based on our three-week personal training plan. The three-week program consists of three days a week (scheduled) sessions Mon-Sun for a 1 hour workout.
